Fashion Showroom Manager/Showroom Associate (Designer Dress Rental)

Fashion Showroom Manager/Showroom Associate specialized in providing excellent customer services, handle inquiries, manage our client appointments in showroom, oversee daily showroom operation and website activities, etc.

We are looking for passionate candidates with an interest in fashion and being a people-person and e-commerce system friendly, reliable and able to work independently.


  • Provide professional and excellent customer servicing in assisting clients to find the right dress and accessories, answering questions, up-selling and providing styling guidance
  • Manage showroom daily operation
  • Keep track of our inventory, logistics, merchandise conditions
  • Coordinate website daily activities, oversee website members & inventory database


  • Previous experience in retail management/sales/customer servicing
  • Familiar with websites & e-commerce
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
  • Presentable, cheerful, energetic, out-spoken, customer-focused
  • Possess a flair for fashion trends & styling

Salary and benefits

  • Full-Time (5-6Day/Wk) and Part-Time (3-4Day/Wk) will be considered
