Self Portrait's white dress is a sublime interpretation of creative director Han Chong's ethereal aesthetic. It's shaped with a sheer floral guipure-lace bodice partially lined with beige crepe around the bustline for an opaque effect, then flows to a wide taffeta mini skirt for a ladylike twist. The London-based clothing brand was launched in 2013 by Central Saint Martins alumnus Han Chong. The Malaysian native desired to create a contemporary line of cocktail dresses, jackets, and separates worthy of the red carpet. We think he nailed it, and so do his many celeb fans.
